Employee Parking Permit Application - 2017/18 Academic Year

Welcome to the Employee Parking Registration System.

The registration system for 2017/18 permit renewals is now ready.

You will need the following information to complete the permit application form:

  • your NetID and password (if you need assistance with your NetID, go to UITS NetID Homepage)
  • vehicle's make, model, color and year
  • vehicle registration number (license plate)
    • If your parking permit will be used in more than one vehicle on a regular basis, information must be provided for each vehicle
  • your mailing address - please remember to enter your zip code (and your apartment number when needed)

Your vehicle registration number MUST be entered correctly to prevent errant ticketing! Connecticut license plates typically begin and end in numbers. Please be certain to correctly enter the letter "O" and "0" (zeros), when entering your vehicle’s registration number.

Permits will be mailed during the week of April 17th, 2017 to the address provided on your form.
