Welcome to the UConn Parking Services Online Special-payroll Permit Registration System.

Special-payroll users may now purchase a parking permit based on their campus location.

You will need the following information to complete the permit application form:

  • your NetID and password
  • a scanned copy (PDF or JPG file) CONTRACT or APPOINTMENT LETTER
    • Why? To confirm your University affiliation which might not yet be available on the University's network.
  • vehicle's make, model, color and year
  • vehicle registration number (license plate)
  • your mailing address - please remember to enter your zip code (and your apartment number when needed)

Permits are available for the Storrs and Regional Campuses (Avery Pt., Greater Hartford, Stamford, Waterbury, and the Law School). When ready, click "Apply for Parking" at the bottom of the page to create an account and then purchase a permit.

Permit applications will be processed and permits mailed within 10 business days of their receipt to the address provided on your form.
